YOU HAVE QUESTIONS

WE HAVE ANSWERS

How does the DecalcomaniaAR app work?

If your Wall Palz is enhanced with Augmented Reality, you will want to download the free DecalcomaniaAR app on the App Store or Google Play. Please note that not all devices are Augmented Reality compatible. If your device is not compatible, you will be unable to download the app. For details instructions on using the app, please see our app instructions here. *Not all Wall Palz include the augmented reality experience.

What is the quality of vinyl used in Decalcomania's Wall Palz?

Our Wall Palz vinyl is high quality and will adhere to painted and lightly textured walls. The artwork is printed on clear vinyl and does not require the use of transfer tape. The vinyl adhesive is low-tac, meaning it can be removed without damaging the surface.

How easy is it to apply Wall Palz decals?

Wall Palz decals are very easy to apply. The artwork is printed on clear vinyl and does not require the use of transfer tape. Most of our Wall Palz will come in multiple pieces that will be assembled like a puzzle on the wall. We design them this way so we can create the largest character possible. It is important to ensure the wall is properly cleaned with a mild solution of warm water and dish soap and thoroughly dried before application.

What surfaces can I apply the decal to?

Wall Palz can be applied to painted walls, lightly textured walls, glass, metal, and plastic. We do not recommend applying the decal to surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight or excessive heat as this may cause the vinyl to degrade.

How do I apply the decal to a textured wall?

To apply the decal to a textured wall, stick the decal pieces in the desired location and press firmly. Rolling a tennis ball over the decal surface will help mold the decal to the texture. If you notice the decal is still lifting, you can add low heat with a hairdryer to help the decal adhere to the texture.

I accidentally tore the decal while trying to apply it. Can I still use it?

If you accidentally tear the decal while trying to apply it, you can still use it if the tear is not too big. If the tear is bigger than 2 inches, we recommend contacting our customer service team for a replacement.

Can I reuse the decal if I want to move it to a different location?

Yes, you can reuse the decal if you want to move it to a different location. The adhesive is low-tac, meaning it can be removed without damaging the surface. We do not recommend reapplying the decal more than 3 times as this may cause the vinyl to degrade.

How do I remove the decal from the wall?

To remove the decal from the wall, carefully peel the decal away from the surface. If any adhesive is left behind, use a damp microfiber cloth to remove it. We do not recommend using chemicals as they may damage the surface.

Good quality decal

Great decal! My only complaint is that some of the parts don't align up perfectly, so there are some gaps, however, they're not too noticeable. Totally makes my son's bathroom.

Great product and easy to install!

I ordered this decal for my 6 years old grandson who's a big fan of Spider Man! He was so excited to see it that he started screaming. I downloaded the app too which was awesome! I've never seen this before. He could not believe that Spider-Man came to life in his room! Now my nieces 7 years old wants the same thing.

Love it

It was so easy to install and it didn't take long. It's not HUGE because not tiny. It's perfect . I love it! Easy application and awesome results !!

Love this product. Easy set up. I'd definitely recommend.

Nice

Would be nicer if it came in one piece but you have to put the hulk together and connect the body on your wall. If you don't adhere properly his body will look like a potato head with all the spaces in between lol
